Right of withdrawal

For a distance purchase, you have 14 days from the receipt of the product to notify us of your decision to withdraw, without justification. For an order delivered in several installments, this period begins upon receipt of the last item.

Send a clear statement to badizerabeauty@icloud.com, indicating your name and your order number. The form below may be used. The use of this form is not mandatory.

Hygiene-related exception

If the false eyelashes are delivered with a hygiene seal and are unsealed after receipt, the right of withdrawal may be excluded when the product cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection, in accordance with Article L221-28, 5° of the Consumer Code. This exception does not apply automatically to all products and does not eliminate legal guarantees.

Returns and refunds

When withdrawal is applicable, return the product within 14 days of notification. Contact us for instructions and the return address. This contact does not constitute a condition for the acceptance of your withdrawal. Return address:

Return shipping costs related to a withdrawal are at your expense. Costs necessary for the implementation of a legal guarantee are at our expense. Keep the proof of shipment.

The refund will take place no later than 14 days after notification of withdrawal. We may defer it until receipt of the item or proof of its shipment, whichever occurs first. It will be made using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed at no extra cost. The standard delivery costs initially charged are also refunded; a supplement corresponding to a more expensive delivery chosen by you is not.

Any depreciation of the product can only be charged under the conditions provided by law, when handling exceeds what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the product.

Damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming product

Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. You may attach photos to facilitate processing. Your legal rights remain applicable regardless of whether the product has been opened.
